Two giants in design, Designtex fabrics + Coalesse office furniture, takes us through working together to get the best from small specialty textile mills and dive deep into nuanced color exploration. The result is seven thoughtful patterns created with the Coalesse in mind but able to be used on any furniture. Working remotely before the pandemic made that the norm (meeting in person only once), the studios collaborated for over a year and we learn about how to best work in process, communication and creative exploration.
